I first saw this as a teenager, I think I was drawn in by the director Bruce Weber as I’ve always been a big fan of his beautiful crisp photography. An intimate documentary filmed in the final year of Chet Bakers life, its one of those films that gets under your skin and stays there, as it seems unbelievable that that was 20 years ago (and that really ages me too!!). Anyway, don’t miss it. Re-released on the 6th June.
